After purchase, your Welcome Pack with instructions on the next steps will be available in your email. Then we’ll have a FREE 20 min consult call to kick off your design project and share your main design goal.

STEP 2: MEASURE & TAKE PICTURES
measure, photograph your room, and send over all these details.

STEP 3: DESIGN & REFINE
I’ll get to work and bring your dream home to life. We’ll get together again to refine the concept so you really fall in love 100%. You have a glass of wine, sit back, and relax!

STEP 4: IT’S DONE
Hooray, it’s Shopping Day! Your final design package is here. In less than 14 days, you will get a complete set of decorating goodies to start your room makeover at your own pace.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: You can have the complete service pack within 2 weeks of submitting your room measurements, space pictures, and other details needed to begin designing your space. You will find the next steps in the Welcome Pack you will receive upon purchase. The service is available for 30 days from purchase day. You will have to submit your details and start the design process during this open period to benefit from the purchased service.

Q: How do I know what my design style is?
A: Don’t worry about a thing! I’ll help you turn your unique personality and your dream lifestyle into a one-of-a-kind home design style.

Q: Can you work on a tight budget?
A: Of course, I’ll find a solution for any budget. We will also work together to set the budget priorities, and you’ll be in control of the buying process. The best part about e-design services is that you will be able to buy the chosen products at your own pace. To help you more with your budget, I will incorporate any existing piece into the design concept you want to keep. PLUS, you get to take advantage of my designer trade membership to save you hundreds!

Q: Are there additional costs after the purchase?
A: No. My package is a flat fee service per room. The listed price is available exclusively for my design services. The furniture, decor, accessories, and contractors’ charges are not included, as they are outside my work scope. However, you can ALWAYS come to me after the purchase to take advantage of my designer trade membership!

Q: Refund policy?
A: As a digital product, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. However, if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
